The site is operated by UDISYSTEM, a business registered in India trading as ScaleMarketer, of JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What this site is
This is a marketing site for an advertising agency. Everything published here is general information about ecommerce advertising. It is not professional advice for your specific business, and no client relationship is created by reading it, downloading the playbook or submitting a form.
Advice specific to your business only begins once we have agreed an engagement in writing.
Enquiries and paid engagements
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a booking. We may decline any enquiry, and we frequently do where a brand is not a sensible fit.
Prices shown on this site are indicative and may change. Where you engage us for paid work — advertising management, a paid audit, or anything else — that work is governed by the separate written agreement we sign with you. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on your products, pricing, margins, creative, website, competition, seasonality and platform behaviour — most of which are outside our control.
Any figures on this site, including case studies, benchmarks and example calculations, describe results achieved in particular circumstances at a particular time. They are illustrations, not forecasts, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve comparable results. Some examples are anonymised or use representative figures to protect client confidentiality.
The playbook and other free material
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use our free material inside your own business. You may share short quotes with attribution and a link.
You may not:
- Republish it, in whole or substantial part, as your own
- Sell it, or include it in a paid product or service
- Remove our branding or attribution
- Use it to train a machine learning model or build a derivative dataset without our written permission
All content, branding and design on this site remains our intellectual property, or that of our licensors.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam through our forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a volume that degrades it for other visitors
- Interfere with the site’s security features
- Submit anyone else’s personal data without their permission
We may block access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice and without giving reasons.
Availability
We try to keep the site available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any free material, at any time and without notice.
Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party sites or tools, we do so for convenience. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, the site and its free material are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published on it.
Our total liability arising from your use of this site and its free material will not exceed INR 10,000. Liability for paid engagements is dealt with in the signed agreement for that work, not here.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
